Website Security - IP Address Blocking

Q:

I tried multiple times to login to the website but after 3 attempts I received a notice about Hackers, intrusions and possible false login attempts.

I have been informed my IP Address is now Blocked.

What should I do next ?

This is normal if you have multiple failed log attempts and indicates our security software is monitoring against possible failed intrusion attempts.

If you have accidently blocked your IP Address there are a number of steps you can take.

1. Try reaching the website from a different IP Address (often a mobile device) and rather than failing the login, request a password reset.
   
   
2. If you cannot reach the website, please email support@vfad.media and explain the problem so that our Support Team can manually unblock your IP Address.
